Dave Jendal

Dave Jendal leverages over 29 years of foodservice industry experience specializing in kitchen productivity, equipment design & manufacturing, energy innovation, and global supply chain.  His extensive experience with both chain restaurants and equipment manufacturers has earned him the reputation of being a “qualified expert” for these customer segments in both the U.S. and International markets.

Having lived overseas and worked extensively with many international markets, Dave is able to culminate cultural nuances into all aspects of business.  By his efforts, he has been successful in developing cost effective solutions for his customers in manufacturing as well as restaurant operations. He is able to utilize his diverse background and experience in productivity & process engineering, product innovation design & utilization, facilitation and training to help his customers achieve their goals.

Dave was previously Project Director for Manitowoc Foodservice’s High Performance Kitchen Group, Director of Engineering for H&K International, Director of International Engineering for Yum Restaurants International, Director of Manufacturing and Marketing for Middleby Philippines, and Market Development Manager for McDonald’s Corporation.

Dave holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois and an MBA with Operations and Marketing focus from the Keller Graduate School of Management in Chicago, Illinois. He is a facilitator for Stephen Covey's 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and SynecticsWorld's Facilitating Team Creativity Program.

Patti Venetucci | 4C Consulting Group

Patti Venetucci

Patti Venetucci combines strategic vision and tactical execution with her structured problem solving engineering abilities. Patti started her career in the aeronautical industry, spending over 10 years in a very structured, methodical product development atmosphere. But following the Gulf war, she moved to a position in Equipment Engineering at McDonald’s corporate office, where she worked on all aspects of kitchen equipment design, operational effectiveness, and product deployment in the restaurants, globally. This earned her several patents for equipment and kitchen flow.

Patti left McDonald’s in 2003 to broaden her knowledge as a consultant assisting small businesses on operational process improvement. This consulting role, led to the position of Executive Director with the Women’s Foodservice Forum; a not for profit organization working with 30 board members, an executive committee and over 100 volunteers. More recently, she served as Vice President of The Bama Companies and Florida Plastics International where she managed a product development for McDonald’s restaurants globally, with over $140M sales. She then had the opportunity to become the Chief Operating Officer for an LED lighting provider where within 6 months, she positioned the company for a financial take-over.

Patti holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA with international finance and marketing, both from the University of Illinois. She is a Six Sigma green belt, PMP certified, SEO certified and has since begun another educational programming in sustainability. Patti holds 7 United States patents.
